Undercast IPA is a lush, tropical-forward Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Ella. Pouring a glowing, opaque gold, it leads with an intense aromatic profile of crushed pineapple, ripe mango, and zesty tangerine. The use of Mosaic provides deep stone fruit and berry complexities, while Citra elevates the experience with bright citrus highlights. Ella adds a unique dimension of floral melon and subtle spice to the finish. With a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness, this 7.2% ABV brew emphasizes a juice-like saturation that lingers pleasantly without any hop harshness or astringency.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze and a luminous sheen. Features a thick, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango, passion fruit, and blueberry from the Mosaic, complemented by sharp grapefruit and lime from Citra. Subtle starfruit and floral notes from Ella emerge as it warms. Malt is secondary, presenting as clean, bready, and lightly grainy.

Taste. Explosive fruit-forward hop flavors of tangerine, peach, and tropical fruit medley. Low to medium-low bitterness that provides just enough structure to balance the soft malt profile. Malt character is neutral and cracker-like. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit juice and sweet citrus oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy body with a creamy texture. Moderate carbonation and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Completely devoid of harshness, hop burn, or grain astringency.
