Inspired by the alpine freshness of Mystic Mountain, this vibrant Fruit Beer presents a tropical escape centered on a soft Hazy Pale Ale base. The addition of Rolled Wheat and Rolled Oats creates a pillowy texture that carries the punchy, zesty aromatics of fresh passionfruit. Vic Secret hops amplify the profile with distinctive notes of pineapple and light resin, while the AEB New-E yeast provides a clean, juicy ester backbone. This easy-drinking ale balances the bright tartness of the fruit with a gentle Pale malt sweetness, finishing crisp and tropical with a refreshing zesty snap.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold in color (3–5 SRM). Displays a persistent, frothy white head with moderate lacing. The appearance is noticeably hazy to opaque, consistent with the use of unmalted grains and a hazy yeast strain.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with dominant fresh passionfruit and tangy tropical zest. Vic Secret hops provide secondary layers of pineapple and light pine. Low bready malt character from the wheat and oats is present, complemented by subtle stone fruit esters from fermentation.

Taste. The initial impression is a burst of juicy passionfruit and tropical fruit. Flavor is a harmonious blend of tart fruit and soft bready malt from the Pale malt and oats. Vic Secret hop flavors of pineapple and herbs are well-integrated. Bitterness is low, serving only to balance the fruit acidity. The finish is clean and dry with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a soft, creamy texture provided by the rolled grains. Carbonation is moderate-high, enhancing the zesty character. There is no perceived alcohol warmth, and the beer is smooth without any astringency from the fruit or hops.
