Kuraidesu is a refined International Dark Lager that captures a sleek, Japanese-inspired profile. Despite being dark as midnight, the use of Black Rice and Flaked Rice alongside Pale malt ensures a body that remains crisp, dry, and exceptionally drinkable. The sensory experience is defined by a clean fermentation via Fermolager W, allowing the unique Akoya hops to shine with bright citrus and a subtle earthy spice.
