Bright Tropical Tippler Tropical Pale Ale
This American Pale Ale delivers a sun-drenched sensory experience, bursting with an exotic bouquet of passionfruit, guava, and ripe mango. The use of Alora and Solero hops creates a distinctively modern, tropical profile that takes center stage. Supporting this vibrant hop character is a clean, structural malt base of Pale, Carapils, and Caramalt, providing a subtle hint of honeyed sweetness and a crisp foundation. It captures the essence of a coastal breeze, offering a bright, refreshing profile that balances punchy New World hop intensity with a highly drinkable, sophisticated finish perfect for warm-weather relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
Appearance. Deep gold (approx. 6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity tropical hop aroma, dominated by notes of passionfruit, guava, and mango. Low neutral grainy maltiness with a faint hint of caramel supports the hops. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters, allowing the unique hop character to remain the primary focus.
Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical fruit, including ripe mango and passionfruit, followed by a moderate hop bitterness. The malt flavor is low to moderate, featuring bready and light caramel notes. The balance leans toward the hops, finishing medium-dry with a clean, lingering fruitiness and a crisp, non-harsh aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation, providing a lively and refreshing sensation. Alcohol warmth is negligible at this strength. Smooth finish with no notable astringency.
