This vibrant German Pils variant presents as a brilliant golden lager with a lean, dry profile. The aroma is defined by high-intensity hop character, led by the tropical mango and citrus notes of Mosaic and Cascade. Underlying this fruitiness is an old-school resinous and pine-forward punch delivered by Centennial hops. On the palate, the beer is crisp and refreshing, featuring a light cracker-like malt backbone that serves as a canvas for the aggressive, lingering hop bitterness. It finishes clean and exceptionally dry, balancing modern American hop intensity with the refined, effervescent structure of a traditional pale lager.

Appearance. Brilliant gold (4 SRM) with a tall, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing. High clarity.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent mango, grapefruit, and citrus zest. Moderate notes of pine and resin. Low grainy, cracker-like malt character. Clean fermentation profile without yeast esters.

Taste. Initial dry, grainy-sweet malt flavor is quickly overtaken by intense citrus and tropical fruit hop flavors. Strong bitterness (IBU 40+) provides a sharp, clean snap that lingers into the aftertaste. Finishes very dry and crisp with a resinous pine complexity. Highly attenuated and clean.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing texture. Not heavy or sweet. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
