This assertive American IPA, a collaboration between Brewski and Crooked Moon, showcases an innovative hop profile enhanced by Phantasm. The aromatic profile is saturated with tropical passion fruit and Sauvignon Blanc grape notes, layered over Mosaic's signature blueberry and stone fruit character and the classic grapefruit zest of Cascade. At 7.5% ABV, the beer provides a clean, slightly warming foundation that supports an intense hop-forward balance. The palate delivers a high-impact fruitiness and resinous depth, finishing decidedly dry with a firm, lingering bitterness that emphasizes the massive quantity of Mosaic used. It is a modern, high-intensity expression of the style.

Appearance. Medium gold with a slight haze; features a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent passion fruit, guava, and tropical melon from the Phantasm and Mosaic, complemented by floral citrus and grapefruit notes from Cascade. A low, clean, grainy malt sweetness provides a neutral background.

Taste. Very high hop flavor echoing the tropical fruit, berry, and citrus zest found in the aroma. Bitterness is high and assertive but clean. Low grainy-sweet malt flavor supports the hop intensity without adding significant weight. The finish is dry and crisp with a long, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its 7.5% ABV.
