Sneaky Horse is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the multifaceted profile of Ekuanot hops. It pours with a characteristically opaque, golden glow, yielding intense aromas of ripe tropical fruit and zesty lime. The palate is dominated by succulent waves of mango and papaya, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. While the mouthfeel is notably full and velvety, a distinctive herbal touch of sage and lime peel emerges toward the end. This finish introduces a sneaky yet refined bitterness that provides more structure than typical examples of the style, balancing the lush, juicy fruitiness with a crisp, botanical edge.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a thick, opaque haze that creates a luminous glow. It supports a persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing and retention.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit, specifically papaya and mango, alongside a sharp lime citrus. Subtle herbal undertones of sage are present. The malt character is clean and lightly bready, while the fermentation profile is neutral with a hint of supportive fruity esters.

Taste. The initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit juice. Ekuanot hops deliver layers of lime peel and guava, followed by a unique, savory hint of sage. Malt flavor is low, providing a simple, grainy-bready base. Bitterness is moderate and firmer than the style average, leading to a clean, off-dry finish that lingers with citrus zest.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, non-astringent experience. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its strength.
