Brewski

Brewski Pink Pony Reloaded is a vibrant, contemporary take on a Gose, exploding with sensory intensity. This 4.7% ABV sour ale leads with a potent, juicy aroma of fresh raspberry and tropical pineapple, underpinned by a faint bready character from Pilsner and wheat malt. On the palate, a sharp, clean lactic tartness highlights the interplay between the sweetness of the pineapple and the bright acidity of the raspberry. A distinct but refined salty edge enhances the fruit flavors, creating a mouthwatering sensation that leads into a crisp, dry finish. Effervescent and medium-bodied, it remains remarkably refreshing despite its bold fruit profile.

Appearance. Coral-pink to light orange hue with moderate haze (SRM 4-6). Moderate, pink-tinted white head with tight bubbles and fair retention. Highly effervescent.

Aroma. High intensity of tart raspberry and sweet, juicy pineapple. Substantial bready wheat and grainy malt character. Light mineral salinity and a hint of citrusy coriander, with no hop aroma.

Taste. Initial sharp lactic sourness followed by intense raspberry and pineapple fruit flavors. Moderate bready Pilsner malt backbone. Very low bitterness with no hop flavor. A noticeable salty tang persists through the palate, enhancing the fruit. Finishes bone-dry and acidic.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with high to very high carbonation. Noticeably tingly and mouthwatering quality from the salt and acidity. No alcohol warmth.
