This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Brewski and Other Half, delivers a vibrant and juice-forward sensory experience. The intensive dry-hopping regimen featuring Mosaic and Citra provides a lush foundation of tropical mango, blueberry, and bright citrus zest. The inclusion of Cryo POP further intensifies the aromatic profile with concentrated notes of stone fruit and sweet pineapple. Its appearance is characteristically opaque with a soft, pillowy texture that carries the fruit-saturated palate. Designed with a restrained bitterness, the focus remains on the biotransformation of hop oils and a clean, bready malt backbone that supports a smooth, lingering finish.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with an opaque, hazy glow. Pours with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head showing high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus. Prominent mango, pineapple, and peach aromas from Mosaic and Citra, with a touch of berry. Low, neutral, bready malt in the background. Clean fermentation with no harshness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with ripe tropical notes and grapefruit. Initial impression is soft and juicy. Bitterness is low to moderate, well-integrated and never sharp. The malt provides a supportive, grainy base, leading to an off-dry, smooth finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and smooth texture. Medium carbonation with light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Free from any astringency or hop burn.
