Brewski Monbird is a lush Hazy IPA that exemplifies a saturated, fruit-forward profile. Driven by an expressive hop blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Huell Melon, the sensory experience is led by intense notes of candied pineapple and ripe plum. The malt base provides a soft, bready foundation that allows these tropical characters to shine, eventually yielding to a distinctive and delicate hint of sweet pear in the finish. At 6% ABV, it maintains a refreshing drinkability while delivering an opaque pour and a velvety texture, prioritizing deep hop saturation and biotransformation aromatics over assertive bitterness.

Appearance. Pours a luminous straw to pale orange with a deep, uniform opacity that creates a vibrant shine. Crowned by a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring a burst of candied pineapple, ripe tropical fruit, and stone fruit notes of plum. Underlying hints of honeydew melon and strawberry emerge, supported by a clean, lightly bready malt character and neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of juicy tropical fruit, specifically candied pineapple and succulent plum. The mid-palate reveals a soft, grainy malt backbone. Bitterness is low to moderate, providing just enough structure to balance the fruit without harshness. The finish is smooth and off-dry, characterized by a unique, lingering aftertaste of sweet pear.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft texture and no astringency. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the juicy mouthfeel. Features a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any prickly heat.
