Brewski Lipstick reimagines the classic Berliner Weisse as a vibrant, tropical refresher. Infused with dragonfruit, passionfruit, and lemon, it presents a striking sensory profile where the clean, sharp lactic acidity of the style is amplified by zesty citrus and exotic fruit notes. The dragonfruit contributes an earthy, tropical undertone and a vivid hue, while the passionfruit drives a bold, tangy aroma. Beneath the fruit-forward character, a delicate backbone of raw bread dough and grainy wheat malt provides a soft structure, finishing exceptionally dry and crisp with an effervescent sparkle that highlights its refreshing, tart nature.

Appearance. Deep pink to magenta in color with a noticeable haze. Features a medium-sized, light pink-tinted head with poor retention, typical of high-acid styles, leaving minimal lacing. Highly effervescent.

Aroma. High intensity of clean lactic sourness. Dominant tropical notes of passionfruit and zesty lemon are complemented by a faint, earthy sweetness from the dragonfruit. A subtle background of sourdough and raw wheat dough provides a savory counterpoint. No hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is a bracing, clean lactic tartness. Intense flavors of passionfruit and bright lemon juice dominate, supported by the exotic, subtle flavor of dragonfruit. A light, bready wheat malt flavor emerges mid-palate to provide balance. The finish is very dry and refreshing with a lingering citrus tang. Hop bitterness is undetectable.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. High carbonation provides a prickly, effervescent sensation. No sensation of alcohol warmth. Sharp, crisp acidity.
