The profile opens with an intense aromatic burst of fresh-picked red berries and tropical, tangy passionfruit, layering over the traditional doughy malt scents. On the palate, a clean, sharp lactic acidity drives the experience, beautifully harmonizing with the natural tartness of the fruit. This gluten-free kettle sour remains light and exceptionally refreshing, finishing bone-dry with a lingering essence of berry skin and citrusy zest, perfectly capturing the essence of a modern, fruit-drenched session ale.
