This New England-style Double IPA showcases an explosive sensory profile driven by a heavy-handed application of Galaxy and Mosaic hops. The aroma is dominated by intense tropical notes of passionfruit and crushed pineapple from the Galaxy, intertwined with the signature blueberry and stone fruit character of Mosaic. On the palate, the hop intensity is profound, delivering layers of mango and citrus pith against a clean, neutral malt backdrop. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, finishing with a firm but smooth bitterness and a dry, lingering hoppy resonance that defines the modern Double IPA experience.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM) with a persistent, dense white head leaving thick lacing. Characteristically hazy and opaque, consistent with the New England style, yet retaining a luminous glow.
