This modern Berliner Weisse delivers an intense sensory experience characterized by a bold fruit profile and a surprisingly substantial presence. The aroma is defined by a sharp lactic sourness that intertwines with the scent of sun-ripened raspberries and zesty grapefruit. On the palate, jammy berry notes dominate the entry before giving way to a tangy, pithy grapefruit finish. A soft, doughy wheat malt backbone balances the high acidity, while the 'big mouthfeel' provides a plushness uncommon for the style. It finishes bone-dry and highly effervescent, leaving a refreshing, lingering citrus zest and a subtle hint of grapefruit-derived bitterness.

Appearance. Hazy, pale pink to deep salmon hue; large, frothy pinkish-white head with moderate retention; highly effervescent with visible rising bubbles.
