Appearance. Dark brown in color (approximately 25 SRM) with visible ruby highlights when held to the light. Features a moderate, light tan head with good retention and fine lacing. Clarity is clear to brilliant.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready, toasty, and dark bread malt notes. Distinctive cacao and milk chocolate roastiness is complemented by unique herbal and woody cedar notes. Low earthy hop aroma and subtle fruity esters are present in the background.

Taste. Initial impression of toasty dark bread and cacao. The flavor profile is defined by a mild chocolate roastiness without burnt or harsh edges.
