Brewski Etienne is a vivid Hazy IPA that showcases an explosive hop profile through the use of Citra Spectrum and Dolcita hops. The Citra Spectrum delivers concentrated notes of bright grapefruit, lime zest, and lychee, while the Dolcita hops introduce a unique layer of candied red berries and sweet melon. A double dose of oats in the grist provides a plush, pillowy texture that softens the moderate bitterness, allowing the tropical fruit esters to shine.
