Appearance. Deep gold to light reddish-amber (9-13 SRM). Features a persistent, medium-sized, off-white head with good lacing and a clear to brilliant body.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit, pine resin, and lemon peel. The cedar wood aging contributes distinct notes of white pepper and aromatic spices. A supportive, low to medium-low malt presence provides a hint of caramel, while the fermentation profile remains clean with minimal esters.

Taste. The initial impression is assertive hop bitterness and citrus. Strong grapefruit and resinous pine flavors are balanced by a medium-low malt backbone showing light caramel sweetness. The cedar wood provides a complex secondary layer of white pepper and spice. Bitterness is firm and clean, leading into a medium-dry finish with a lingering, hoppy and spicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture and medium-high carbonation. A light, smooth alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its strength, without any harsh wood astringency.
