This Double IPA is an amplified sensory experience, building upon its predecessor with intensified hop character and a robust 8% ABV. The profile is dominated by a high-intensity hop punch, featuring layers of tropical mango, crushed pine needles, and bright citrus zest. A clean, neutral malt backbone provides a soft, grainy support without introducing heavy caramel tones, ensuring the hop expression remains the focus. The palate is met with a firm, clean bitterness that balances the fruit-forward ester profile, culminating in a dry, lingering finish. It embodies the modern American spirit of the style, blending high drinkability with a smooth, well-integrated alcohol presence.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. It is crowned by a moderate, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma showcasing prominent notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, and resinous pine. Beneath the hops lies a supportive, neutral grainy-sweet maltiness. Fermentation is clean with only a subtle hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. The initial impression is an explosion of tropical and stone fruit hop flavors, followed by a moderately high bitterness that is firm but lacks harshness. Low, clean malt character provides a soft mouth-filling quality. It finishes dry with a long, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp bite. A light, restrained alcohol warmth is present but remains smooth and well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
