Stone the Crows, a collaboration between Brewski and Alefarm, is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a tropical orchard. This pour radiates a hazy, golden hue, capped by a fluffy white foam. The aromatic profile is a saturated mix of juicy pineapple, ripe mango, and tart passion fruit, accented by a bright grapefruit citrus. On the palate, the experience is intensely fruit-forward, balancing sweet tropical notes with a distinctively fresh, green-hop bitterness in the finish. With its soft, medium-full body and 6.5% ABV, it delivers a smooth, juicy sensation that honors the New England tradition.

Appearance. Hazy, turbid golden color (approx. 5-7 SRM). Topped with a medium-sized, creamy white head featuring high retention and moderate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet dominated by tropical fruit esters and hop oils. Primary notes of pineapple, mango, and passion fruit are layered over a sharp grapefruit citrus. Background malt is subtle, providing a light, grainy sweetness without toasted or caramel notes.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of sweet tropical fruit, led by intense pineapple and zesty grapefruit. Mid-palate reveals a soft, doughy malt base. The finish is characterized by a lingering, green-hop bitterness that provides a crisp counterpoint to the initial sweetness. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a smooth mouthfeel with no harsh astringency, though the green hop character adds a slight, pleasant bite. Subtle alcohol warmth.
