BreWskey SOLANUM is a vibrant Hazy IPA that utilizes the Nelson Bliss Process to push aromatic boundaries. This technique yields a saturated sensory profile dominated by the white wine and gooseberry hallmarks of Nelson Sauvin. The addition of Pacific Sunrise introduces layers of ripe melon and berry, while Waimea Hop Kief provides a concentrated citrus punch. The overall experience is intensely tropical, supported by a soft, bready malt foundation. With its restrained bitterness and focused juicy character, this collaboration highlights modern hop technology to deliver a lush, fruit-forward profile that lingers with a smooth, clean finish.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (SRM 3-5). Opaque, hazy appearance with a brilliant luminous shine. Pours with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that shows high retention and leaves heavy lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring punchy passion fruit, crushed gooseberry, and white grape. Secondary layers of sweet melon and citrus zest are present from the Waimea Hop Kief. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as light crackery notes. Fermentation is clean with supportive tropical esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive burst of tropical fruit including mango and berry. Malt flavor is low, providing a soft bready backbone that carries the oils of the Pacific Sunrise hops. Bitterness is low to moderate and very smooth, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and extremely juicy with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and no hop astringency. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its 6.5% ABV. Overall mouthfeel is smooth and rounded.

Sensory Profile.
