BreWskey SENNE is a vibrant Hazy IPA that artfully blends the floral elegance of honey with a potent New Zealand hop trio. Motueka provides a bright lime zest and mojito-like foundation, while Riwaka contributes pungent notes of passionfruit and grapefruit. Rakau rounds out the profile with a plush sweetness reminiscent of ripe stone fruits and apricots. The honey addition does not dominate but instead enhances the floral aromatics and smooths the transition between juicy fruit and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. This collaboration showcases a luminous, opaque pour, delivering a tropical experience with the restrained, clean bitterness expected of the style.

Appearance. Luminous straw-gold (4 SRM) with a thick, opaque haze that creates a vibrant shine. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with Motueka’s distinctive lime and crushed citrus, followed by Riwaka’s punchy passionfruit and subtle diesel undertones. Rakau adds a secondary layer of ripe apricot and pear. A delicate floral honey note emerges as the beer warms, supported by a neutral, bready malt base.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit and citrus. Flavors of lime, grapefruit, and stone fruit dominate the palate.
