Original Fantasy presents an intense sensory experience typical of a classic Double IPA, showcasing the synergistic power of Citra and Mosaic hops. The aroma is saturated with bright grapefruit, mango, and resinous pine, supported by a clean, lean malt backbone that keeps the focus squarely on the hops. On the palate, a firm bitterness provides structure against a backdrop of tropical stone fruit and citrus zest. At 8.3% ABV, there is a smooth, warming presence that complements the dry finish, leaving a lingering, resinous trail of hop complexity that defines this bold and aromatic expression from BreWskey.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-12 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing. Clarity is clear to slightly hazy, which is acceptable for the style and hop load.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of citrus (grapefruit), tropical fruit (mango, papaya), and resinous pine from the Citra and Mosaic additions. Supportive, clean, neutral maltiness in the background with a very low, clean alcohol presence and minimal fermentation esters.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of tangerine, blueberry, and pine. Moderately high bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Features a low, clean, soft malt character that is unobtrusive. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste. A light, clean, smooth alcohol flavor is evident.
