BreWskey ONDE is a punchy Double IPA that showcases a vibrant hop profile through the specific use of Citra and Peacharine. The sensory experience is led by an explosion of stone fruit, specifically ripe nectarine and white peach, underscored by Citra’s signature bright grapefruit and lime zest. A lean, neutral malt base ensures the hop intensity remains the focal point, providing a clean canvas for resinous pine and tropical melon notes to shine. Despite its 8.3% strength, it maintains high drinkability with a dry finish and a firm, well-integrated bitterness that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Opaque to hazy with a thick, persistent white head that leaves dense, sticky lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit (peach, apricot) and citrus (grapefruit, lemon peel). Subtle tropical notes of passionfruit and mango are supported by a clean, crackery, neutral malt background. No significant yeast esters or phenols.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of juicy peach and tangerine. Strong hop flavors of citrus zest and resinous pine follow. Bitterness is firm and assertive but lacks harshness, balancing a soft, bready malt character. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a long, lingering hoppy aftertaste. Alcohol is clean and well-integrated.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, enhancing the hop aromatics. Smooth, restrained alcohol warmth is present without being hot or solventy.
