MUTALIS is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the distinct synergy between Peacharine and Nelson Sauvin hops. The sensory experience opens with an explosive bouquet of sun-ripened nectarine, fuzzy peach, and the signature white wine notes of crushed gooseberry. This tropical profile transitions onto the palate with a lush, velvety texture, supported by a subtle, bready malt backbone. Nelson Sauvin provides a refined vinous complexity, while Peacharine drives a juicy stone fruit core. The finish is remarkably smooth with a restrained bitterness, emphasizing a saturated fruit character that lingers without harshness, reflecting a signature modern hop profile.
Appearance. Luminous, golden-straw color with a pronounced, opaque haze. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.
