Full Moon is an opulent, high-gravity Imperial Stout treated as a decadent Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer. It presents an intense sensory tapestry where deeply roasted coffee and bittersweet cocoa dominate the foreground. The addition of lactose and vanilla creates a luxurious, velvety texture that softens the robust roasted malt character, yielding notes of espresso-soaked cake and dark chocolate truffles.
