Schouwse Brouw ZeeMist is a lush and inviting Hazy IPA that eschews aggressive bitterness in favor of a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and intense fruit expression. It pours with a characteristically opaque, golden-straw glow and a persistent white head. The sensory profile is dominated by a tropical bouquet, prominently featuring notes of succulent mango, juicy peach, and tangy passionfruit. On the palate, these stone fruit and citrus flavors are supported by a clean, lightly bready malt backbone. At 6.6% ABV, the beer delivers a smooth, well-integrated warmth that complements its juicy character, finishing with a gentle, off-dry fruitiness rather than a sharp hop bite.
Appearance. Straw to light amber (3–7 SRM) with a distinct hazy, opaque glow. Features a medium to large, rocky, white head with high retention and delicate lacing.
