This American IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile, leaning into its sessionable strength with a punchy, hop-forward focus. The aromatic bouquet is driven by a trio of Citra, Azacca, and Nelson Sauvin, delivering a complex blend of tropical mango, citrus zest, and a distinct white wine grape nuance. A clean base of Pilsner and Vienna malts provides a delicate bready and toasted foundation that remains unobtrusive, allowing the hop oils to dominate the experience. The palate is greeted by a sharp, refreshing bitterness that transitions into a crisp, dry finish. It is an exceptionally drinkable ale that balances high hop intensity with a lighter, approachable structure.

Appearance. Pale gold to medium gold (approx. 6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves fine lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and citrus (grapefruit), paired with a distinct crushed gooseberry and grape skin character. Low, clean, grainy maltiness with a subtle toasted edge. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression with flavors of passionfruit, lemon zest, and tropical melon. The malt presence is low but supportive, offering a clean, grainy, and slightly toasted flavor. Medium-high bitterness that is firm and clean. The finish is dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, refreshing texture. Moderate to high carbonation. No perceived alcohol warmth and no astringency.
