This New England IPA delivers an intense tropical sensory journey, showcasing a harmonious hop blend. Radiant aromas of sweet pineapple and ripe watermelon from the El Dorado hops interlace beautifully with the distinct coconut and stone fruit signatures of Sabro. Idaho 7 adds deep mango and subtle pine undertones. Underneath this fruit-forward display, a grist of Extra Pale Ale malt, flaked oats, and wheat provides a soft, pillowy, and bready foundation that rounds out the palate. The result is a beautifully balanced, smooth, and highly aromatic Hazy IPA with a wonderfully soft finish.

Appearance. Straw to pale orange in color with an opaque, glowing haze that provides a brilliant sheen. Supports a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High to intense aroma of tropical and stone fruits, characterized by dominant notes of sweet pineapple, shredded coconut, and ripe mango, with a background of watermelon. A clean, lightly bready and grainy malt presence supports the hops, complemented by clean, fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. A lush, juicy burst of tropical fruit flavors mirroring the aroma, with coconut, pineapple, and mango taking center stage. The malt flavor is low, providing a supportive, doughy, and bready character. Hop bitterness is low to medium-low, exceptionally soft, and well-integrated. Finishes off-dry and smooth without any harshness or hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with an incredibly soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. It is clean and lacks any harshness, astringency, or raw starchiness, showing just a light, clean alcohol warmth.
