This decadent Experimental Beer, clocking in at 12% ABV, delivers a nostalgic sensory journey reminiscent of a gourmet peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Deep roasted malts provide a sturdy foundation for intense aromas of roasted peanuts and sweet, jammy Concord grape. The addition of marshmallow fluff introduces a lush, confectionery vanilla layer that persists through the palate. Expect a thick, syrupy texture where the savory nuttiness of the peanuts contrasts beautifully against the vibrant fruit notes. It concludes with a long, sweet finish where the dark chocolate notes of the base beer merge with lingering grape and velvety marshmallow.
Appearance. 40+ SRM; opaque, ink-black color. A thick, mocha-colored head with moderate retention and heavy, oily lacing that clings to the glass.
Aroma. High intensity. Bold roasted peanut and peanut butter notes are immediately apparent, followed by the distinctive, sweet perfume of Concord grape jelly. Background notes of dark chocolate and vanilla bean from the marshmallow fluff. Low alcohol spice.
