A vibrant and complex Belgian Tripel that pushes the style's boundaries with a deep amber hue and a unique infusion of Chile D'Arbol pepper. The aroma is a sophisticated blend of spicy phenols and citrusy esters, complemented by the subtle, earthy heat of the peppers and a proprietary mix of handpicked herbs. On the palate, a rounded Pilsner malt foundation provides a soft, honey-like sweetness that balances the firm bitterness and the gentle, creeping warmth of the 9.3% alcohol. The finish is remarkably dry and effervescent, leaving a lingering trail of peppery spice and refreshing herbal complexity.

Appearance. SRM 7-9. Pale amber to copper color with excellent clarity. Features a long-lasting, rocky, off-white head that leaves dense Belgian lacing. Highly effervescent with visible carbonation.

Aroma. High intensity. A seamless bouquet of peppery and clove-like phenols intertwined with the dried-fruit earthiness of Chile D'Arbol peppers. Moderate fruity esters of orange peel and lemon are supported by a light, honey-like malt character and a subtle, perfumy hop presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a blend of spicy yeast and herbal complexity. Moderate citrus esters and spicy phenols lead into a soft, grainy-sweet malt mid-palate. The Chile D'Arbol adds a unique earthy spice and a very low, refined heat. Firm bitterness is accentuated by a very dry, crisp finish with a lingering peppery aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a surprisingly light, nimble texture for its gravity. High carbonation creates a prickly, effervescent sensation. Alcohol warmth is deceptive and smooth, lacking any harshness or fusel notes.
