Appearance. 3–5 SRM. Pale yellow to pale gold in color. Unfiltered and naturally cloudy with a persistent, creamy white head and moderate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a dominant grainy-sweet and toasty malt character. Low spicy and floral hop aroma is present. The fermentation profile is clean, though displaying a slightly more complex, rustic yeast presence typical of an unfiltered lager.
Taste. Initial impression is of smooth, moderately malty sweetness. Flavors of grainy-sweet malt and toasted bread dominate the palate, supported by low to medium-low bitterness. Hop flavors are subtle, echoing the floral and spicy notes found in the aroma. The finish is refreshingly crisp and clean, with a soft, lingering malt-forward aftertaste and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture from the lack of filtration. Carbonation is moderate. No alcohol warmth is perceived.
