BrewDog Wingman AF captures the essence of a modern American IPA while maintaining a clear flightpath as a non-alcoholic alternative. The sensory profile is defined by a vibrant hop-forward character, leading with an approachable bouquet of tropical fruit and subtle citrus zest. A distinct resinous pine edge provides a classic West Coast counterpoint to the fruity notes. The malt base is exceptionally lean and clean, offering a light, grainy foundation that supports the hops without adding weight. Refreshingly effervescent, it finishes with a crisp, dry snap and a lingering, clean bitterness that mimics its higher-alcohol session counterparts.
Appearance. Pours a medium gold with brilliant clarity and a medium-sized, bright white head that shows moderate persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, passion fruit, and mango, complemented by a light resinous pine character. Malt is low and clean with a faint grainy-sweet note. Fermentation profile is neutral.
