The nose is dominated by the bright, tropical influences of Centennial and Amarillo hops, yielding intense notes of pineapple, passion fruit, and citrus zest. A foundation of Extra Pale and Crystal malts provides a delicate caramel sweetness and an amber hue. On the palate, the resinous bitterness of the American hops balances a light, bready malt spine, finishing clean and crisp. This Alternative Grain Beer maintains a classic hop-forward profile, hiding its gluten-removed nature behind a mask of punchy fruit and pine.

Appearance. Amber to light copper color (10-14 SRM). Displays a persistent, off-white frothy head with good lacing. Clarity is generally clear, though a very faint haze may be present due to the gluten-reduction process.

Aroma. High hop aroma characterized by citrus and tropical fruit notes, specifically pineapple and passion fruit. A moderate floral and resinous undertone from the Centennial hops is evident. Supported by a low to moderate malt sweetness with hints of caramel and toasted bread. Fermentation is clean.

Taste. Initial flavors of citrus peel and tropical fruit lead into a firm, resinous bitterness. The malt profile features light caramel and toffee notes from the Cara and Crystal malts, providing enough balance to prevent the bitterness from being harsh. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a slightly crisp texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, enhancing the refreshing quality. Very low alcohol warmth consistent with its 4.5% ABV. Smooth mouthfeel with no significant astringency.
