Appearance. SRM 3–5, pale straw to light gold; moderate white head with fair retention and light lacing; slight haze is present, common for fruit additions.
Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by zesty, tropical passion fruit; low bready malt; clean, sharp lactic acidity; very low earthy funk typical of wild fermentation; no significant hop character.
Taste. Initial impression of tart passion fruit; low neutral malt flavor resembling crackers; very low hop bitterness; juicy acidity is prominent but balanced; finish is dry and crisp with a lingering tangy fruit aftertaste; refreshing and medium complexity.
