Appearance. Pale gold with a faint pinkish hue (4-6 SRM); brilliant clarity; persistent, creamy, white head with a delicate pale-pink tint.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a core of grainy-sweet malt. Dominated by sweet strawberry esters and a sharp, citrusy lime zest. Low herbal and spicy hop aroma. Clean fermentation profile with no diacetyl or sulfur.

Taste. Initial impression is moderately malty and soft, showing grainy-sweet malt flavors. Mid-palate introduces flavors of ripe strawberry and tangy lime.
