The aroma is a saturated blend of passionfruit and grapefruit from the Galaxy and Citra, complemented by the distinct white wine and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin. Fermentation with London Ale III yeast adds a layer of stone fruit esters that enhances the overall juiciness. The palate delivers complex redcurrant and raspberry flavors from the Enigma hops against a soft, supportive malt backdrop. Despite its 8% strength, it maintains high drinkability with a creamy texture and a firm, clean bitterness that leads to a dry, tropical finish.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold in color (6-8 SRM). It displays a heavy haze characteristic of modern hazy styles, topped with a moderate-sized, persistent, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring dominant tropical notes of passionfruit and mango, bright citrus zest, and a refined vinous character reminiscent of crushed grapes. Supported by light stone fruit esters and a neutral, grainy malt presence.

Taste. Strong hop flavors mirror the aroma, showcasing layers of lime, gooseberry, and dark berries. Bitterness is moderately high but remains smooth rather than harsh. Low bready malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a complex, fruity hop profile. The finish is medium-dry with a long, resinous, and tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notably smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate. A light, clean alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
