Appearance. SRM 4–7. Golden to deep gold color with a distinct, opaque haze. Features a large, persistent, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruits including mango, pineapple, and guava. Supported by moderate yeast-derived esters of banana and light phenolic notes of peppercorn and clove. Very low bready malt character.

Taste. Initial impression is fruit-forward with mango and pineapple flavors. Hop bitterness is moderate to high, providing a firm balance to the light, bready malt. Fermentation character is prominent, displaying banana esters and spicy phenols typical of Belgian strains. The finish is off-dry and clean, with a lingering fruit and spice aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, creamy, and smooth mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without being hot or solventy.
