This Specialty IPA is a high-intensity fusion of aggressive hopping and spicy grain character. The aromatic profile is dominated by a complex blend of Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops, delivering a pungent harvest of grapefruit, mango, and resinous pine. A sturdy backbone of biscuit and roasted caramel malts provides balance, while the addition of rye introduces a signature spicy warmth and slickness to the palate. It finishes with a bracing, trademark bitterness that lingers alongside a dry, clean malt presence, staying true to its lineage of bold, super-charged hybrids.
