Appearance. Medium gold with a slight reddish tint. Features a medium-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing. Clarity is clear to slightly hazy.
Aroma. High intensity featuring prominent passionfruit, orange, and guava adjunct notes. This is backed by a resinous and floral hop character with a low, clean, grainy malt presence. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. High hop and fruit flavor characterized by tart passionfruit, sweet guava, and citrusy orange. A medium-high bitterness provides a sharp, spiky finish. Low toasted malt flavors provide support. The aftertaste is hoppy and dry.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture and medium-high carbonation. No alcohol warmth is perceived. Clean and refreshing without harshness or astringency.
