Taste. Initial punch of resinous pine and citrus peel hops; medium-low malt flavor provides restrained notes of cocoa and light coffee without ashy or burnt harshness; firm bitterness (approx. 70 IBU) provides a crisp balance; dry finish with a lingering resinous and slightly roasty aftertaste.
