This refreshing variation of a German Pils infuses BrewDog's crisp Lost Lager base with vibrant, exotic notes of lychee and zesty lime. Built on a delicate foundation of pale Pilsner malt, the beer showcases a brilliant straw-gold color and a clean, highly attenuated profile. Bright, tropical aromas of sweet lychee fruit and fresh lime peel immediately command the senses, seamlessly mingling with the subtle, noble floral hop character typical of the style. On the palate, a crisp, cracker-like malt sweetness is balanced by a moderate, clean bitterness, ending in a remarkably dry, thirst-quenching, and fruit-forward finish.

Appearance. Very pale straw to light gold (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a sparkling effervescence. Forms a fluffy, pure white head with moderate retention and light, patchy lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity. Dominant, sweet aromas of fresh lychee and bright, zesty lime peel lead the bouquet. Underlying notes of low, grainy-sweet Pilsner malt and a subtle, traditional herbal and floral hop character support the fruit infusion. Clean fermentation profile with no sulfur or diacetyl.

Taste. An initial splash of sweet, tropical lychee flavor is quickly balanced by the sharp, refreshing acidity of lime. Mild, crackery malt flavor provides a light backbone. Hop bitterness is moderate, cutting through the fruit sweetness to keep the beer crisp. The finish is remarkably dry, clean, and refreshing, with lingering notes of citrus zest and a soft, herbal hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, fast-moving presence on the palate. High carbonation provides a lively, tongue-prickling sensation. Very clean, showing a slight, refreshing minerality with zero alcohol warmth or astringency.
