This Specialty IPA delivers a spring-loaded sensory experience, merging a sturdy caramel malt superstructure with vibrant, zesty hop definition. High-intensity aromas of tropical pineapple and ripe mango are pursued by bright lemon and subtle floral undertones. While its foundation utilizes wheat for an exceptionally smooth delivery, the palate is dominated by a crisp, refreshing fruitiness. A pronounced and persistent bitterness provides a sharp counterpoint to the malt complexity. At a sessionable 4.5% ABV, it maintains the assertive hop-forward balance expected of the style, offering a bright, rejuvenating profile that remains clean and focused through the finish.

Appearance. Dark brown to black in color (SRM 25–40). It presents a moderate-sized, persistent light tan head with excellent lacing. Clarity is clear, though it may appear nearly opaque due to the depth of color.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical notes of pineapple and mango alongside zesty lemon. A supportive malt character provides a background of caramel sweetness and light toast, with very low hints of chocolate. Clean fermentation profile with delicate floral esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and citrus—specifically mango and lemon—followed by floral hop undertones. The malt flavor is restrained but present, offering caramel and light toffee notes without any burnt or ashy harshness. Bitterness is medium-high and pronounced, leading into a dry finish where the zesty hop character and bitterness linger pleasantly.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a super smooth delivery due to the wheat content. Carbonation is moderate. It exhibits very low alcohol warmth, appropriate for its sessionable strength, and is entirely free of astringency.
