American IPA 7.4 º
This bold American IPA captures the classic West Coast spirit with a modern tropical twist. An assertive bitterness immediately defines the profile, supported by a clean, light grainy malt base that allows the hops to dominate. Intense aromas of fresh pineapple, lychee, and passion fruit leap forward, creating a vibrant sensory experience. On the palate, the fruit character remains prominent but gives way to a sharp, pithy bitterness that lingers into a clean, dry finish. At 7.4% ABV, it offers a smooth, subtle warmth that integrates seamlessly with the high carbonation, resulting in a fiercely hoppy and refreshing pint.
Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (7-9 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, white, medium-sized head with good lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of pineapple, lychee, and passion fruit. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness. Very clean fermentation profile with no significant yeast esters.
Taste. Strong hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus pith. Medium-low clean, grainy malt backbone. High bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, bitter, and hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, resinous texture. Medium-high carbonation. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth. Low astringency.
