Aroma. Moderate intensity coffee-like aroma dominates, supported by secondary notes of dark chocolate and toasted grain. Low earthy hop notes and very subtle fruity esters are present in the background.

Taste. Initial impression is of moderate roasted grain and coffee flavors. Bitterness is medium-high, balancing a slight malty sweetness. Features bittersweet chocolate and toasted bread character that transitions into a clean, dry, coffee-like finish with low earthy hop flavor.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth, creamy texture. Carbonation is low to moderate. Displays a very light roasted grain astringency without any harshness.
