A serendipitous social media exchange has given life to an American Pale Ale collaboration with Aldi that we've called ALD IPA. Weighing in at a sessionable 4.7%, the beer boasts a baseline of extra pale malt that gives the Citra, Chinook and Mosaic hops a stage in which to shine. Notes of freshly cut grass, citrus peel and resin boogie amongst flavours of stone fruit and pine.
