This refreshing German Pils interpretation delivers a vibrant, modern hop edge to a classic lager structure. Built on a base of grainy, cracker-like pilsner malt, the sensory experience is defined by a bold dry-hop profile. Bright notes of tropical passionfruit from Galaxy and stone fruit from El Dorado lead the charge, while a cold-side infusion of Idaho 7 contributes nuanced layers of apricot and zesty pine. Despite the intense New World hop aromatics, the beer maintains a crisp, lean profile with a signature dry finish. It is a quintessential lawnmower beer that balances high drinkability with a sharp, contemporary hop bite.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow in color with brilliant clarity. Pours with a creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring tropical fruit and citrus notes of passionfruit, peach, and orange zest. A low grainy-sweet and doughy malt character provides a foundation, while Idaho 7 additions contribute light pine and herbal nuances. The fermentation profile is exceptionally clean.
