Summer Nectar presents a vibrant, tropical sensory experience anchored by the aggressive double dry-hopping of Nectaron and Citra hops. The aroma leads with saturated notes of ripe peach, nectarine, and passion fruit from the Nectaron, supported by the bright mango and citrus zest of Citra. Its flavor profile follows suit, delivering a juicy explosion of stone fruit and pineapple over a neutral, soft, bready malt base. This Hazy IPA maintains a pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness, allowing the complex hop oils to dominate the palate. The finish is remarkably clean, showcasing a smooth, fruit-forward character that highlights the modern brewing technique and vibrant hop selection.

Appearance. Straw to light orange in color (SRM 4-6) with a deep, opaque haze that provides a healthy shine. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant stone fruit (peach, nectarine), tropical notes of passion fruit and pineapple, and a citrus lime edge. Background malt is low, offering a clean, grainy, and slightly bready character with neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of tropical and stone fruit flavors, mirroring the aroma with peach and pineapple. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness. Malt flavor is low, providing a soft, bready support. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste without any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and an absence of any grain-derived or hop-derived astringency.
