This Hazy IPA showcases a sophisticated fusion of American hops and New Zealand hops, uniquely co-fermented with bio Olaszrizling grape must. The aroma is a vivid tapestry of tropical passion fruit and lime zest layered over the grape's delicate floral and mineral white wine notes. On the palate, the beer displays a soft, pillowy texture, delivering flavors of juicy peach and bright citrus. Appearance. Luminous straw to pale gold (4–5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze providing a vibrant shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
