This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, fruit-forward spectacle, bursting with an intense medley of Raspberry, Blackberry, and Blueberry. The initial sensory impact is a sharp, refreshing lactic acidity that cuts through the jammy richness of the dark forest fruits. Brew Your Mind incorporates a touch of lactose and vanilla, which rounds out the mid-palate with a subtle, creamy sweetness reminiscent of a berry coulis. The wild fermentation provides a clean yet assertive tartness, while the fruit skins lend a delicate tannic structure. It finishes crisp and decidedly fruit-centric, balancing the assertive sourness with a soft, aromatic vanilla lingering.

Appearance. Deep ruby to opaque purple (SRM 25+ due to fruit tint). Thick, mousse-like pink head with moderate retention and light lacing. Distinctive haze from heavy fruit addition.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh raspberry and tart blackberry. Moderate earthy blueberry undertones are present. A clean, sharp lactic sourness dominates the background, complemented by a soft, marshmallow-like vanilla sweetness. No notable hop aroma; wild fermentation character is clean and acidic.

Taste. Immediate, sharp tartness of fresh berries. Distinct flavors of acidic raspberry and rich, jammy blackberry lead, followed by the subtle skin-like earthiness of blueberry. Lactose provides a light, non-fermentable sweetness that softens the high acidity. Vanilla notes emerge mid-palate, adding complexity. Finishes dry and tart with a lingering berry-skin aftertaste. Bitterness is negligible.

Mouthfeel. Medium body, enhanced slightly by lactose despite the thinning effect of the high acidity. Moderate carbonation provides a lively, tongue-cleansing prickle. Very light fruit-skin astringency. Minimal alcohol warmth.
