Brew Your Mind

This vibrant American IPA captures a modern, New England inspired profile through a heavy-handed use of Citra and Mosaic hops. The sensory experience opens with an explosive bouquet of tropical passionfruit, ripe mango, and zesty pink grapefruit. Beneath the hop intensity, the extra pale malt provides a clean, grainy backdrop, while a significant addition of oat malt lends a soft, velvety texture that tempers the firm bitterness. As the liquid crosses the palate, notes of blueberry and stone fruit emerge, finishing dry yet smooth with a persistent, resinous hop trail that invites another sip.

Appearance. Pale gold to medium gold (approx 6 SRM). Features a medium-sized, dense white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing. Exhibits a distinct, uniform haze resulting from the high percentage of oat malt.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus (grapefruit, lime) and tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) from the Citra and Mosaic. Subtle background notes of berry and resin. Malt is low, presenting as a clean, slightly bready and grainy scent with a hint of earthy sweetness. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and citrus hop flavors. Moderate-high bitterness is clean and well-supported by a grainy, pale malt backbone. Citra contributes bright lemon-lime and mango, while Mosaic adds layers of blueberry and a light floral touch. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of grapefruit pith and pine resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable creaminess and smooth, silk-like texture derived from the oat malt. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated at 6.5% ABV. No astringency or harshness.
